ExamPal's Pass Guarantee is a study commitment program: if you complete at least 70% of the question bank (or 2 full mock exams) and don't pass your official exam, we extend your Pro subscription by 3 months at no extra cost. Eligibility

What you need to qualify

To qualify for the Pass Guarantee, you need to meet all of the following requirements.

Active Pro subscription

You must have an active Quarterly or Annual subscription on the date you sit for your official exam.

At least 14 days of study

You must have actively used ExamPal for at least 14 days before your exam date.

70% of questions or 2 mock exams

Complete at least 70% of the available question bank for your exam, or finish at least 2 full mock exams.

Submit within 30 days

Your claim must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your official exam results.

What counts as proof

We accept the following as proof that you did not pass your exam.

Official score report

The score report issued by the testing organization showing your exam result. This is the preferred documentation.

Exam result screenshot

A clear screenshot of your exam results page from the testing provider's website or portal.

Common questions

What exactly do I get if I don't pass?
3 months of free ExamPal Pro access, giving you full access to all study materials, mock exams, and features to prepare for your retake.
How do I submit my claim?
Email support@ExamPal.app with your official score report or exam result screenshot, along with the email address associated with your ExamPal account. We'll review your claim within 5 business days.
Does the guarantee apply to all exams on ExamPal?
Yes. The Pass Guarantee applies to every exam available on the ExamPal platform, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.
Can I use the guarantee more than once?
The Pass Guarantee can be claimed once per exam attempt. If you switch to a different exam, you're eligible for a new claim on that exam.
What if my subscription lapsed before my exam date?
You must have an active Pro subscription on the date you take your official exam. If your subscription lapsed before your exam date, the guarantee does not apply. We recommend keeping your subscription active until after your exam.
Do I need a specific plan to qualify?
You need an active Quarterly or Annual subscription. Monthly plans are not eligible for the Pass Guarantee.
